At HeraSophia.com, we are committed to ensuring that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.


1. Returns

Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. The items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Colour and Appearance Disclaimer:
While we make every effort to represent our products as accurately as possible, colours may appear slightly different due to individual screen settings, lighting, and photography. Minor colour variations do not qualify as defects. However, if you believe the colour differs significantly from what is shown on our website, please contact us at info@herasophia.com.

Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are non-returnable, including sale items, gift cards, and any personalised or customised products.

Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@herasophia.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions on how to send the item back to us.


2. Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer refunds in the form of store credit, which allows you the flexibility to select another product from our extensive collection.

Store Credit:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, your refund will be processed, and store credit will be issued within 7–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items:
Please note that certain items are non-refundable, including sale items, gift cards, and personalised products.


3. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for store credit and place a new order for the item you would like.


4. Shipping

Return Shipping:
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, which is non-refundable.

Lost or Damaged Returns:
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning items. HeraSophia.com is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.


5. Damaged, Incorrect, or Colour-Issue Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at info@herasophia.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or issue store credit once the item has been returned.

If you believe the colour of your item is significantly different from the product shown online, please send us a photo of the received product for review. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
